If you are looking for a gym, we would love for you to try and Team Training session! Schedule with a coach by calling or emailing. Otherwise we do not have drop in rates at this time.
Can I do my own thing during class?
Our coached session have priority over space and equipment, but you can still come in with your club membership 7 days a week to do your own thing or follow a program that will be available to you as a member.

Do you have student/family/military/service member discounts?
Our membership rates are setup as if you are family already! All rates are the lowest possible rate as we want every member to have the best rate for the membership services offered.
How long is a membership?
We have options for 12 week memberships or annual agreements.
You will get the lowest possible rate for committing to one year.
Can you help with nutrition?
YES! Nutrition is KEY to your success and we have different options based on your need to help you incorporate nutritional changes along with your workout plan.
