We do not have drop-in rates as our programs are designed for long-term progression and success.
Can I do my own thing during class?
Our training center is designed so that our coaching team guides your workout. Whether in the MetaBurn sessions or in a Focused training session, you have guidance and a program laid out to follow for all your workouts.
I just relocated/looking for a new gym and I’d like to check you out prior to joining.

Do you have student/family/military/service member discounts?
Our membership rates are setup as if you are family already! All rates are the lowest possible rate as we want every member to have the best rate for the membership services offered.
How long is a membership?
All memberships are setup on an annual agreement! As we take time to design our training programs for all members, we have a long term approach to your success and sustainable progress.
We will have special programs from time to time that are shorter term! You can find those on our webpage or social media posts!
Can you help with nutrition?
YES! Nutrition is KEY to your success and we have different options based on your need to help you incorporate nutritional changes along with your workout plan.
