Meet your coaches and community and get used to the workout sessions. Everyone has different experience and starting points. No matter what, give yourself time to get used to the routine and ask questions when you have them!

Keep it going! Chat with coaches and other peers in the gym and keep the workouts consistent. Don’t be afraid to show up early, ask questions, cheer on your peers, and socialize after the workout! Our community means the world to us and we want you to be a part of it.
