During this time, we’ll help you feel welcome, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about next steps. We talk through your fitness and training history along with your goals so we can set the best plan for you to reach those goals.
Customized Programming at Temple Fitness: Our coaches meet with you to discuss your goals and then design a program you can progress through as your schedule allows. Key card access to the gym allows you to come in and complete your program on a flexible schedule. Your program coach will check in with you to make updates and adjustments as you progress and reach goals!
This training program includes 3 -5 programmed workouts per week.
This membership setup is with an annual agreement.
$99 bi-weekly OR $129 bi-weekly
This TEAM TRAINING environment is the best! You have a coach to customize exercises and a community to keep you excited about coming!
With multiple program types, you can select from a variety of fitness focuses and work with a coach and group. More energy, higher motivation and accountability leads to a more fun and successful workout program. Our Team Training is deisgned so that beginner to advanced can participate together as coaches customize what you need within the program design.
Team Training $99 bi-weekly: One Team Training focus, 2-4 days with your coach and team each week
Team Training Plus $129 bi-weekly: Two Team Training focus, 3-6 days with your coach and team each week
