During this time, we’ll help you feel welcome, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about next steps. We talk through your fitness and training history along with your goals so we can set the best plan for you to reach those goals.
TF Club Membership
Access to Temple Fitness Training Club with Key Card access 7 days a week. With your membership you will have one program design available to you based on your training goals. You will have a Bridge Tracker account setup for your program tracking.
This membership setup is with an annual agreement.
$90 bi-weekly OR $139 bi-weekly
This TEAM TRAINING environment is the best! You have a coach to customize exercises and a community to keep you excited about coming!
With multiple program types, you can select from a variety of fitness focuses and work with a coach and group. More energy, higher motivation and accountability leads to a more fun and successful workout program. Our Team Training is deisgned so that beginner to advanced can participate together as coaches customize what you need within the program design.
Team Training $90 bi-weekly: One Team Training focus, 2-4 days with your coach and team each week
Unlimited Team Training $139 bi-weekly: Get access to each Team Training Coached session and attend each available program type as desired
Semi-Private Personal Training
$60 to $80 per session, 2x per week, 12 week training blocks
Semi-Private training is the best way to get personal training. Get focused on coaching on your workout program for your physical needs and training goals, but have 1 to 3 others working through their own program with the trainer to keep the energy encouraging and positive! Get more motivation from those training around you but get the personal focus on your training.
