Platinum Focused Training
Focused Training at Temple Fitness: Our focused training is your opportunity to work through a personalized workout program for you and your goals and doing so in a semi-private environment. You have the benefit of a focused program designed for you, a coach to push and guide you, and a workout environment of others around you doing their program.
This training program includes 3 days per week of personalized program appointments.
Premium Focused Training
Focused Training at Temple Fitness: Our focused training is your opportunty to work through a personalized workout program for you and your goals and doing so in a semi-private environment. You have a focused program designed for you but have others around doing their program as well, keeping energy and motivation to push high!
This training program includes 2 days per week of personalized program appointments. Plus Unlimited MetaBurn sessions.
A group workout program to help build strength, endurance and mobility! The workouts will help you achieve fat loss, strength improvement and overall better functional fitness for life! This program has specifically designed days for coached weight training and HIIT style training along with active recovery and mobility.
You can attend unlimited MetaBurn sessions weekly with this program package.
