This summer, join our Summer Shred program to get you ready for the season.


June 13th – August 5th (8 weeks)

Orientation Saturday, June 11th at 10:30am

3 sessions per week, each session is 30 minutes – Get in and get it done quick!

SESSION A Option: Monday, Wednesday Friday at 6:45am-7:15am

SESSION B option: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 3:30pm-4:00pm

` *Bonus FREE for BOTH sessions – join our 9am Saturday GRIT sessions

*You must register for either the AM (A) option or the PM (B) option

Two payments of $129

*Bonus added at no extra cost – Two InBody Scans to get your body composition details before and after the 8-week program!
