Our goal through the Member of the Month program is to acknowledge individuals that represent some of our core values here at Temple Fitness. Each month, one member will be highlighted through our social media platforms along with a questionnaire that will provide personal insight from each of them.

Our July Member of the Month is none other than Nachelle! Nachelle brings a contagious energy with her into the gym – you can recognize her laugh from a mile away! She’s so much fun to have in the gym because not only does she encourage her fellow lifters, but she brings immense intensity into her workouts. Her commitment to training is evident in how far she has come in her fitness journey from starting at Temple Fitness 2 years ago to now competing at the USA Powerlifting Raw Nationals this fall!  We are so grateful to have Nachelle as part of our gym family and represent Temple Fitness. What big goals/accomplishments are you proud of?: Losing 60 lbs since starting 2 years ago.

What is your next goal that you are working toward?: To beat Bob H.

What advice would you give to someone new that is just starting their journey? Keep coming, especially when you are sore. I found that the days I came when I was the most sore were the days I felt 1000% better by the end of the day. I also believe wholeheartedly that it expedited my recovery when I broke my tailbone in January.
